I read recently that the average page visit lasts a little less than a minute. As users rush through Web pages, they only read a quarter of the text on the pages. So, unless your writing is extraordinarily clear and focused, little of what you say on your website will get through to customers.
I believe that using your own personal stories to provide context and perspective and to offer a real insight of your brand is a very powerful tool and can help your business.
